Guess What IT Is Pt 2

He is very creepy and will stalk you if he wants. He will never ever die until someone actually kills him, if you are home alone there is always a chance of him getting you. But if you try to call for help then that's when things get more worse. He would show up at any where and at any time, but his only tool is using knives. He can take down a whole party and will end anybody's life if he wants, and if he is angry then he will start killing. When he has killed someone random then he'll hunt for the rest of the people that person knows until they are all dead, he has a white mask and a big black cloak that covers his whole body. With strips of wool so he can hang his knives inside the cloak, when he is coming for you there is no way to escape. But when you hear your phone ring more than one time that's when you better run, but if you answer all you'll hear is wassuppppppp. When he says wassup that's when the quiz starts and if you hang up is when you are dead. WASSSSSSUP, I'm Outside.

Guess Who IT Is

Guess What IT Is?

He acts like a boss to all his other kinds, he also has a weird habit of eating humans. He likes to dance and he likes to scare, he lives in a house at the end of the street and also jumps very high. When he's angry he grows even more and gains more strength, but what he likes most is to shape shift.

He looks so creepy and shows up when he's hungry, the only time you'll ever see him is when he wakes from his 7 years sleep. He will kill who ever he wants and will shape shift into anything that will tract his prey down. He creepy teeth and and has two different rows, but he only brings out his second row when he's about to eat. He has orange/brownish hair and very yellow eyes, but is very good at making people cry. He looks as if he was born from hell but was born in the sewers, he lives in the house that has another house that is surrounded with dolls and with a yellow jacket. He looks like a dad, green mantis, a little brother and lucky last a zombie. He is very ugly and for some people cool . Heya Georgia, wanna balloon. POP POP POP POP POP POP POP POP!!!

Running The Government

I believe that LABOUR will run government because Jacinda  Ardern will help people such as the homeless and helping people that live on the streets. She also promised that she would make new houses, and rebuild old houses. She said she is going to raise the taxes, she argued this with National.

My Book Report

On Tuesday 5th of September me and my class wrote our own book reports on the book we read. My group read Te Tiriti o Waitanga which means the treaty of waitangi, and when we read it we had to do a book report on it and here it is.

Friday 8 September 2017

Te Tiriti o Waitangi AKA-The Treaty of Waitangi

 Te Titiri o Waitangi

(a paragraph from the text)
The next day. 6 February, the chiefs met again. Hobson wasn't expecting a hui that day and was wearing casual cloths. He had to quickly put on his naval hat in order to look more official. The treaty was read aloud, and then around forty chiefs signed it. As they did this, Hobson said, "He iwi tahi tatou". ("We are one people.")
A number of copies of the Treaty were made and taken around the country. Not all iwi got to see the Treaty, and some chiefs decided against signing. Others were fearful about what the Treaty would mean but signed anyway. Over the next seven months, five hundred chiefs signed their names or moko - almost all of them on te reo Maori version.

Getting My Dog

My Puppy!!

The miracle began in the July holidays. It was so weird, when we heard tiny footsteps outside on our deck. When we were still getting dressed for church, we heard a scratching noise on our window and a small puppy shaped shadow as well. I had a thought of it just being a stick or clothes hitting our window until...

When I opened the curtain there it was, a puppy ,with blue sea eyes and light brown fur. When I opened the door I pat the puppy and it was shaking, when I felt it I picked it up and brought it inside. I brought it inside I took it straight to my bedroom and showed my brother, he had a feeling it was his puppy from my cousin but it wasn't. Straight after that I had to leave the dog with my brother because we had to go to church. When we left we took for ages and then finally we came back home, I was happy that we got a puppy because it was playful and nice. When we got home we got dressed into our normal clothes and watched T.V, I had a feeling that the puppy was going to sleep or just not moving but it turned out he was just relaxing under the pillows with his small blanket. My little brother was so board that he just picked up the dog and started to make it play. The dog loves it when we always run around because he'd chase around the house and once he catches us he would jump up and down.

My brother thought of buying the dog food every week and feeding him well we are at school and work. My dad didn't like the idea of it so just about 2 weeks later we had to give it away. The reason was that we were busy the kids had to go to school and the adults had to go work so my dad came up with the idea of giving him away so he asked one of my cousins if they wanted him. But bad luck my cousin didn't want it so we just gave it to the neighbours. It was alright that we just gave it to my neighbours because the puppy would always come over, and from now the dog is humongous and very fast than usual.

A Depressing Time In My Life

Papa

It was when my Papa.... Passed away this year and that was when it was the saddest day of my life. When my Papa passed it was a lonely life for my Nan, He died because he was getting to old and was to weak to stand until the doctor said that he has passed. When we had heard that he has passed, my Nan and my Mum went to buy my Papa's coffin and some flowers. When they finished buying everything my Mum looked for some her Dad's pictures to take to the funeral, When she finished she went with my Nan to the hospital to dress my Papa up and put his Tongan clothes on. Which were a Kote, Tupenu, Sote and his tauvala, these clothes that were worn to his malanga at the God Church.

Once they finished they picked up the coffin from the shop and put my Papa in it, Afterwards they put the coffin in the hearse. A hearse is a vehicle that carries coffins and take them to places where the funeral is taken. When my Papa was taken in the hearse the driver had to follow our car to the place where we were having the ceremony.Once we go their we lifted his coffin to the front of the hall and put him on a stand, When we put him down my brother went and got see through blue curtains and put it around the coffin. When he had done that we set up the chairs and the falas on the ground, After that we had to start the funeral the next night so we went home and slept.

In the next morning my Nan and mum was already up having a shower and getting their clothes ready. They had to wear black clothes and a Tauvala, When we left the house we went to my uncle's house to see if h was able to come. When we got their he was wearing a big fala on the outside and black clothes in the inside. Once we finished we had to go back to my house to pick up my sisters and younger brothers. Then when we went home to pick them up I was thinking if I should've said to my brother "ARE YOU GUD BRO?" it was because when we opened the door he was running around chasing the puppy and would not stop until my mum shouted at him to sit down.

When we had finished picking up my family we then went to the hall that we had the ceremony. When we got there, There was already some people there and they were putting on their tauvala and going inside. When we left the van we went inside the hall and sat in the front seat with my Nan, Uncle, and my mum. When we went to the front to sit down my Nan was starting to cry and my mum, But 2 mins later my Nan sister walked in to the hall and sat next to my Nan. Later that day we had to stay there until nighttime and until the feed was on. Then when it got around 12:00 clock we had the prayer and the kisses and my favourite part was the feast. We had chocolate cake with white icing and a pineapple ricotta pie. Then the funeral was over and we had to go home.

Back To School!! Dun Dun Dun

14 days of relaxation and then ruined by 10 weeks of school. In the holidays I barely got to play cause I had to go and work and work every single week. But I only got one day of play and I went home late that night but I only got a growling. But since a new term has begun so there will be goals to complete.

Reading- To read the paragraph again so I can understand the meaning.

Science!!!

Science

The last two weeks rooms 9 and 10 joined forces for science, our experiment was about sound and pitch. We first discovered that there can be high pitch and low pitch in water that is in a glass cup. After that we were split into four groups across two classes and when we were split up two groups went to room 9 and another two groups went to room 10. There were two teachers that went to each class to help out the students who needed help and to give the students what they needed for there experiment. What I made for my science experiment was a phone cup but I used Mountain Dew cans to make mine, I used sellotape and wool string. When I finished I gave it to my friend(Tristan) so I could see if my phone actually worked and it pretty much did not work.
(sorry no picture)

Skip Off

The Skip Off

Today rooms 9, 10 and 12 had a skip off, every room had to choose 3 or 4 challengers to go against the other rooms. The contestants were, from room 12 it was Miana, Meafou, Minzin, Pupuke and Julian. From room 10, Fakaola, Mary-Ruth and Liza, and from room 9 was Tyreece, Limiteti, Kate and Kotipi. These contestants had a rough time going against each other, The ground was wet and slippery but the skippers were still skipping. It looked like it was about to rain but it didn't, everybody was very exhausted right after they but others were still going. When everybody stopped there were three people left they were the first, second and third.

When we read a paragraph our teacher would stop us and tell us to tell her some differences in the story,Example-In Samoan their are no doors in Samoan buses but in New Zealand we have doors. Example 2-In Samoa they have plastic clear windows and in New Zealand we have glass windows. In Samoa if the bus driver knows you he'll drop you off at your house gate.

They live in a small village called the Solomon Islands. The story was about making a traditional food with a tropical plant, cassava,a fire, rocks, wooden tongs, banana leaves.Rosemary was making some pudding with taro leaves and big rocks. She first put the pudding inside the hole and then she put the taro on top. After that she put the rocks on top of the taro leaves so the taro leaves don't blow away.

Duffy Show

We had a show. One of my favourite shows at school this year, we had a Duffy show. The show was the best show they've done at Ruapotaka School. The best part was when they added some science experiments into their show. When they added all of the ingredients it just errupted from the bottom and came out like lava but it was green.

The story was all about global warming. The characters were Global Girl, Super Duffy and Lord Zendaya. In the story a cyclone happened and it was coming straight towards global girl and Duffy. Then global girl had a idea and said to blow the cyclone away. So they blew it away by using there arms to make a wiggly shape. Then after that the cyclone left to another place. Then global girl flew away with Duffy.

After that they landed in Tuvalu. They went to Tuvalu to help the sea Moana. The sea was rough and scared because Antarctica was melting into the sea. The best way global girl and Duffy could was by calming her down. The sea was scared that Tuvalu would sink because the water is getting higher and higher. Then after that Moana just got calmer and calmer. Then they flew off to Australia.

Then they landed in Aussie. In Aussie there were big bush fires heading their way. They heard a koala shouting for help. The koala was a talking koala. When Duffy went to save the koala with global girl he got scared because the koala started talking.

New Year At School

Malo' e 'lelei

My name is Leaaepeni I am a year 6 student in room 10.I'm full Tongan and and I like art and I'm still getting the hang of drawing things around me.

My teachers name is Miss Misela and I had her last year but then I got moved. I am 10 years old and I like writing and spelling and I am still trying to get better at maths.

I really enjoy going to the beach with my family and mostly on Fridays. Because on Fridays that's when we can stay for longer because it's the weekends. The beach we go to is Mission Bay, and at Mission Bay I also have to swim with my little brother at the fountain. The fountain is big and round but it's just not deep. At school I also enjoy playing with my friends at the school park, I like playing sport and my favourite sport is softball. I always want to be in my friends team and my friends name is Dominic.
